Most of our services are digital and customized based on client requirements. Work begins only after requirements are confirmed and payment terms are agreed.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

  • If a project is cancelled before work has started
  • If payment was made in error or duplicated
  • If Techwhizz LLC is unable to deliver the agreed service due to internal limitations

Approved refunds are issued using the original payment method where possible.

Non-Refundable Situations

Payments are generally non-refundable in the following cases:

  • Once project work has started and resources have been allocated
  • Once digital deliverables, reports, or configured systems have been provided
  • Monthly marketing, SEO, or support services already delivered
  • Third-party costs such as domains, hosting, software licenses, advertising budgets, or supplier purchases

Revisions and Issue Resolution

Client satisfaction is important to us. If a client is not satisfied with any part of the work, we encourage contacting us first so we can review the concern and provide reasonable revisions where applicable.

Project Cancellation

If a project is cancelled after work has begun, any refund will be calculated based on the portion of work not yet completed and costs already incurred.

Third-Party Products or Services

Any hardware, software, hosting, or third-party services purchased on behalf of the client are subject to the original supplier’s refund or warranty policy.

Chargebacks and Disputes

Clients agree to contact Techwhizz LLC to attempt resolution before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback. Most issues can be resolved quickly through communication.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are normally processed within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
